Bill’s Special Mocha Mix

This Coco Mix works well with espresso or regular coffee.  It also is great for hot coco for the kids or when you really just need to have a hot cup of coco, a blanket, and a warm fire.

• 1 cup coco (Nestle seams to dissolve better than some other brands.)
• 2 cups sugar (white granular sugar)
• 1 cup dry milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Optional Ingredient (turns it into Mexican Chocolate)

• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix ingredients in a large jar or sealed container.  Use with any HOT drink.

This does not work well with cold drinks.
